December 6th Meeting

The December meeting will have a presentation from a guy from Kansas City who is the Missouri rep for Coulomb Technologies. This is the company spearheading the installation of charging stations for electric vehicles. I am hyped about this because this is the main reason people are turned off on ev conversions, range.
If your employer would install a charging station at your workplace, could you go to and fro in your electric car everyday? Exciting stuff! We need to see if we can get people from local municipalities, businesses, colleges, Ameren, etc to attend the meeting. Especially the owner of Schafley's, so we could plug in for our meetings. I'll check back with the guy to see if he is still on for 12/6/'09. See you -Jeff

Tomorrow (December 1, 7pm) I'll be on St Louis radio station KDHX 88.1 FM with Jean Ponzi of the Earthways Center. We'll be talking with Larry Kinder of Coulomb Technologies. His company offers charging stations and he'll be at our meeting on December 6 at 2 pm
